  THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE 

Therapeutic Massage is focused more on therapy. Loosening the muscles and tissues that cause pain and tightness. Helps the circulation of blood and the flow of the Lymphatic System. Our main goal in this Therapy is to help individuals to go back to their activities and normal life by releasing those chronic pain, tension, and tightness in their muscles and tissues --- specifically on their neck, shoulder, lower back, hips, knees, ankle, and those areas that bother them most. This Therapy also helps to calm the mind and thoughts during the process. In this session, we integrate different types of modalities to meet the needs of your muscles and tissues. For the first session, results may vary on each individual (60%-100% improvement depending on how your muscle adjusts to the massage).

We incorporate with 3 or more massage techniques tailored to your muscle's needs. Modalities include Deep Tissue, Cupping, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release. Chair massage is designed specifically to relax the muscles and improve circulation and movement within the body.  Chair massage is a 15-20 minute massage focused on the Head,  back, shoulders, neck, arms, and hands.

The good thing with our Chair Massage is we do pre-evaluation before massage, and post-recommendation after the massage. Thus, we don't only put our hands on you,  but help you as well to know what is going on with your muscles.
