24-HOUR CANCELATION /RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are honored:
24HR ADVANCE NOTICE is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. Your Therapist's livelihood depends on the payment for the time we set aside for you. Notify the office at least a day in advance for cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, this will be considered as "no show" and expect to pay in full amount for the missed appointment. Appointment time is transferrable- If you cannot make the set appointment, try to find a loved one, friend, or someone to take your session, and notify us.
NO SHOW
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses not to go to their appointment for whatever reason will be considered as “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment at Full Price.
